According to the results of January-February 2022, the volume of exports of fruits and vegetables amounted to 113.7 million USD, in physical terms – 164.0 thousand tons. The growth rate compared to the same period in 2021 amounted to 31.3%.

The largest share in the export of fruits and vegetables in value terms is occupied by vegetables – 54.4%, fruits and berries – 17.8%. For the period January-February 2022, 112.9 thousand tons of vegetables were exported in the amount of 61.9 million USD, as well as 19.2 thousand tons of fruits and berries in the amount of 20.3 million USD.

In January-February 2022, the share of fruits and vegetables in total exports amounted to 2.8%.

The main export markets for fruits and vegetables are Russia (26.0%), Kazakhstan (22.7%), China (12.4%), Pakistan (5.9%), Afghanistan (4.4%), Turkey (3.6%), Kyrgyzstan (3.0%).
