According to the results of January-May 2022, the volume of exports of fruits and vegetables amounted to 335.1 million USD, in physical terms – 615.7 thousand tons. The growth rate compared to the same period in 2021 amounted to 15.0%.

The largest share in the export of fruits and vegetables in value terms is occupied by grapes (incl. dried) – 13.0%, mung bean – 11.2%, tomato – 9.6%, cabbage – 9.4%, sweet cherry – 6.7%, onion – 5.5%, dried prunes – 3.5% and peanut – 3.4%.

In January-May 2022, the share of fruits and vegetables in total exports amounted to 4.0%.

The main export markets for fruits and vegetables are Russia (29.8%), Kazakhstan (25.5%), China (11.9%), Pakistan (5.6%), Kyrgyzstan (4.4%), Afghanistan (4.2%), Belarus (2.6%).
