According to the results of January-June 2022, the volume of exports of fruits and vegetables amounted to 449.4 million USD, in physical terms – 820.8 thousand tons. The growth rate compared to the same period in 2021 amounted to 11.6%.

The largest share in the export of fruits and vegetables in value terms is occupied by grapes (incl. dried) – 10.9%, tomato – 9.4%, mung bean – 9.1%, sweet cherry – 7.4%, cabbage – 7.2%, onion – 5.2%, peach – 4.0% and melons and watermelons – 3.6%.

In January-June 2022, the share of fruits and vegetables in total exports amounted to 4.5%.

The main export markets for fruits and vegetables are Russia (36.3%), Kazakhstan (24.5%), China (9.8%), Pakistan (4.9%), Kyrgyzstan (4.8%), Afghanistan (3.5%), Belarus (2.5%).
