According to the results of January-August 2022, the volume of exports of fruits and vegetables amounted to 654.5 million USD, in physical terms – 1103.2 thousand tons. The growth rate compared to the same period in 2021 amounted to 19.3%.

The largest share in the export of fruits and vegetables in value terms is occupied by grapes (incl. dried) – 16.0%, peach – 10.1%, mung bean – 6.9%, tomato – 6.6%, sweet cherry – 5.1%, melons and watermelons – 5.1%, cabbage – 5.0%, onion – 4.1%.

In January-August 2022, the share of fruits and vegetables in total exports amounted to 5.2%.

The main export markets for fruits and vegetables are Russia (42.4%), Kazakhstan (21.6%), China (7.5%), Pakistan (6.0%), Kyrgyzstan (4.6%), Afghanistan (2.8%), Turkey (2.3%).
