In the first half of 2021, the GDP of the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 318.5 trillion soums. Compared to the same period in 2020, GDP increased by 6.2%.

GDP per capita for January-June of the current year amounted to 9,175.4 thousand soums. The growth rate compared to the first half of 2020 was 4.2%.

For January-June from 2019 to 2021 in the structure of the gross value added of industries, there was a decrease in the share of industry (by 0.3 pp) and construction (0.2 pp).  The share of agriculture, forestry and fisheries increased by 0.5 pp, while the share of services remained unchanged.
